The trial of a thirty-nine-year-old unemployed man, charged in relation to the death of his younger brother, began in the Suva High Court this morning.

Aisake Vana Junior is charged with one count of manslaughter.

It is alleged that an argument broke out between the accused and his younger brother on April 5th, last year.

The younger brother allegedly threw a punch at the accused and Junior allegedly and unlawfully killed him

The alleged offense happened in Kalabu, Nasinu.

Prosecution will present four witnesses in this case.
