The case of the juveniles who had allegedly raped a 12-year-old boy in Vatukoula has been transferred to the Lautoka High Court.

The 17-year-old boy and two 16-year-old boys appeared at the Rakiraki Magistrates Court yesterday charged with one count each of rape.

There was also no mention of the 9-year-old boy who was involved.

The four students are alleged to have raped a 12-year-old boy in a settlement in Vatukoula on Sunday, the 17th of November.

The victim sustained injuries as a result of the alleged rape.

They have been released on bail and the case will be called again on the 13th of December.
