The Fiji Police Force is having all hands on deck to ensure everyone is safe during this festive season.
Chief of Operations ACP Rusiate Tudravu says they have deployed maximum number of people that are available at various divisions.
“So we are talking about eighty percent of the total of the Fiji Police Force to be out there. We are also allowing some of those that are attending course overseas or are on leave to be excluded. However, we are working with the eighty percent that are currently in the Force – all of us – admin workers, office workers, officers at divisional headquarters – all of us will be down on the streets during this very important festive season.”
The Police Force is warning the public to enjoy responsibly and abide by the law at all times.
