Airport workers to get customer service training

Government workers at the Nadi International Airport are urged to work together to give travellers coming in and going out of the country a pleasant experience.
Aviation Minister Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum says this is part of improving customer service for visitors to Fiji.
If a taxi driver is rude to the tourists when they get off the airport – then obviously they are not going to have a good experience or if they are leaving and the taxi driver rips them off. We should think about the future.
A new customer service program ‘ Fijian Hosts’ will be used to train all one hundred and sixty staff at Nadi Airport.
