Customers of Air Pacific can expect some changes on cargo capacity and air freight shipments on certain routes.
Air Pacific says passengers and freight companies will be affected with the cargo capacity change from the 3rd to the 10th of December.
It comes after Air Pacific’s B747-400s Jets were sent out for maintenance to Singapore.
The airline has allocated B737 jets to make the journey from Sydney to Nadi and back again.
In a statement, Air Pacific has also emphasized to companies and passengers that the cargo capacity in a 737 is 14 tonnes which is only two LD3 containers side by side.
Air Pacific has assured all passengers and companies that the allocation of 737 jets, shouldn’t affect peak travel periods.
