Khan says AFL estimates they will waive around $500,000 in charges over the next few months during the ongoing relief operations.

In addition to the waiver of fees, AFL is also providing ground support for the relief aircraft.

Khan says so far 25 relief aircraft have landed at Nausori and Nadi.

These aircraft mainly are P3 Orion’s, C130 Hercules and C17 Globemasters.
