This year’s Adi Senikau Pageant’s winner will compete for the first time in a regional competition in December.

One of the nine contestants will tonight not only be vying for the Adi Senikau crown but also the opportunity to represent Fiji in a regional pageant, the Jewels of the Pacific.

Co-producing the show for the first time on FBC TV, Andhy Blake says the show will not only achieve a number of milestones this year, but it will also set a benchmark for other competitions.

“If I had to talk about anything that the Adi Senikau is unique for is that their productions are always so elaborate and outrageous and I think anything that wants to be involved in pageantry whether male or female, this is a great event to go and witness because than you get more innovative ideas which can help you in your preparations for pageants in the years ahead.”

The Adi Senikau Pageant will have a delayed broadcast scheduled for the 7th of December on FBC TV.
