Member of Parliament, Isoa Tikoca’s case was called today in the Suva Magistrate’s Court however the presiding Magistrate Makereta Mua is sick today.

A notice of additional evidence has been served to Tikoca’s lawyer, Faizal Koya and a disclosure certificate was handed to the court clerk.

Tikoca is charged with failure to declare liabilities before the 2014 general election.

The matter will be recalled for mention on the 14th of this month.
