A woman who was involved in a serious accident earlier this month in Lautoka passed away at the Lautoka Hospital yesterday morning.

The twenty-three-year-old student of Moala Village was travelling in a vehicle which was allegedly hit by another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction along the Kings Road, near Vunato, Lautoka.

The incident occurred on the 10th of this month.

Police say the driver will be brought in for questioning once the post mortem of the victim has been conducted.
