A 55-year-old man will appear in the Suva Magistrates Court today charged with causing the death of a 23 year old in Raiwaqa Suva early this week.

The accused has been charged with one count of murder.

It’s alleged that the accused assaulted the deceased before taking him to the Raiwaqa Police Station.

The 23 year old man was arrested, however officers later took him to hospital after noting his injuries.
