A fourty-two-year-old man is believed to have drowned while diving with three others last night.

All the men from Naviago village in Lautoka were diving off Vomo reef when the incident occurred.

It is alleged the victim had jumped back into the water and when he failed to surface the other three jumped in to look for him.

The victim’s body was recovered and attempts to revive him were unsuccessful.

Investigation continues.
