Chief Executive Seema Shandil says consumers are consistently misled by the company director through his social media marketing gimmicks.

Shandil says this year alone the company has received 10 complaints worth $32,560.

“What we are doing now is we have collated all the evidences and we will submit it to the FCCC and which we have been doing and we know that there are certain cases that is pending in court. FCCC had already submitted the cases in court and we are awaiting a decision. But we will continue to collate all the evidences or the complaints that we receive and forward it to FCCC”

She adds one complainant hired the same company to get a modern kitchen constructed for $17,845.

Shandil says while the agreement was to complete the work in June, it started in August and is yet to be completed.

Another complainant paid $5, 415 for joinery works in their kitchen.

The company had agreed to complete work within a week. However, since making payment in September, work is still incomplete.
