Three men are expected to appear at the Nausori Magistrates Court today charged with allegedly causing the death of a 45 year old man in Vusuya, Nausori on Friday last week.

Two men both aged 32 and another man aged 29 years have each been charged with one count of murder.

The deceased was allegedly seen illegally entering a home in Vusuya on Friday morning before a neighbor saw him and called on two others to assist in apprehending him.

The three managed to apprehend the victim however what transpired during the time is still subject to investigations.
