There is a boom in commercial development following nine years of consecutive economic growth.
This is evident in Suva with high-rise buildings under construction – which includes a three point five million dollar complex on Ratu Mara Road in Samabula, Suva.
P.B Patel & Sons Director, Maganlal says Magson Plaza will be a double storey complex which will host fourteen retail outlets.
“There’s space for a supermarket and supermarket bulk. All shop sizes will be 14ft. long and 20ft wide with close to 14 shops. There will be 22 car park slot and when you want to do your shopping you can make a left turn into the plaza and left turn out of the plaza towards Nausori.”
Maganlal says the fourteen shops will host retail outlets.
Over eighty jobs have been created during the construction phase which is expected to be complete by April.
