A twenty-seven-year-old man convicted of one count of burglary and one count of theft could not hold back his tears after he was released by the Suva High Court.

The court heard that Timoci Bulewa was assisted by the complainant’s son and they stole a television.

Bulewa pleaded guilty to the charges.

Judge Justice Vincent Perera sentenced Bulewa to two years partial imprisonment.

Justice Perera ordered Bulewa to spend three months behind bars and suspended the remaining 21 months sentence for three years.

However the Judge considered the three months spent in remand by Bulewa and released him today.

Bulewa was ordered to leave a proper life and stay out of trouble.
