24 evacuation centres remain open in the Central Division, with Tailevu having the highest number of centres.

There are seven centres open in Rewa, four in Naitasiri and three in Suva, with food rations being supplied to the active evacuation centres.

169 houses have been fully damaged in the Central Division and there are 345 partially damaged properties.

These are all initial figures with assessments still being carried out.

Meanwhile the National Disaster Management Office has confirmed the Cyclone has claimed 36 lives and one is still missing.
