Another evacuation centre has opened in the Western Division due to increased flooding in the last hour.

The National Disaster Management Office confirms 233 people are in Evacuation centres in the Lomaiviti group.

Koro is underwater with 112 evacuee – there have been no reports of injuries.
Toki and Vuma village are still flooded.

Another landslide has taken place at Batiki village with 53 people in evacuation centre.
