The construction of Uduya Point Apartments is currently being constructed by the Pacific Building Solutions in Lami, Suva.
PBS Public Relations Manager, Atalaite Cama says the multi-million dollar project is a joint venture between PBS and the Hari Punja and Sons Limited.
“Construction has already begun its progressing well we have concrete solution our sister company that has begun construction there. It looks to be on track to be completed in 2019. The apartment were pre-sold. It looks like there is a high demand for high quality luxury water front apartments which is what we saw with the pre-sales of the Uduya Point apartment.”
Cama says the project was launched early this year and is a four-storey building with twenty-six apartments.
The twenty-one million dollar project is expected to be completed by next year.
