Two hundred and fourteen students graduated from the University of Fiji Saweni, Lautoka campus yesterday.
The young graduates will enter the work force in various fields including law, public service, medicine and economics to name a few.
Chancellor of the University of Fiji and former President of Fiji Ratu Epeli Nailatikau had some good advice for the graduates.
“As you eagerly enter the workforce remember to tread with caution – avoid temptation and remain strictly within your personal and professional discipline to avoid encounters with the law. You must uphold acceptable social values and remain ethical in all that you do.”
Since its establishment in 2005, the University of Fiji has helped 1,863 students graduate in various fields of expertise.
