10 more schools are likely to be converted into Technical Colleges.

Education Minister Dr Mahendra Reddy reveals these schools have expressed their interest and it’s more than what the government had initially planned.

“So far we have established 3 campuses with over thousand students enrolled with them, we intend to established seven more, we have expression of interest of 10 more schools to be converted into Technical Colleges.”

Reddy says thorough processes will need to be followed in order to convert a school into a Technical College.

While speaking in parliament Reddy highlighted that Technical Colleges will help those who have an aptitude of vocational education.
