Viljoen says with the first Boeing 737 MAX 8 arriving last month, there has already being positive feedback.
“Everyone from the operating crew to the customers are delighted with the aircraft, its operating performance, features and amenities. It is extremely satisfying to note that our investments in customer experience features for the MAX are paying dividends.”
Viljoen says the new Boeing 737 MAX 8 has extremely efficient fuel burn.
He says the Boeing aircraft has 8 business Class and 162 Economy Class seats.
Viljoen adds the first flight for the Island of Gau will be to Sydney on the 24th of this month.
