FMF’s Managing Director, Ram Bajekal says the job fair will do more than provide employment for hundreds of Fijians.

“Apart from actually using this as avenue to come forth and let people know what sort of opportunities are available. We want to make this about an opportunity for prospective employees and students to even come in contact with prospective employers and build some sort of an interaction where they know what the industry expects from them, to get to know what sort of career options are available.”

Launched today, the National Job Fair will be held over two days from the 24th to the 25th of April at the National Gymnasium in Suva.

The event is being organized by the Ministry of Employment’s National Employment Centre and the Fiji Higher Education Commission.
