FHL’s Chief Executive Nouzab Fareed says they hope to stay within their budget of $65million with the construction of the tower.

“So far the project cost is close to $65 million dollars. I hope that we will be finish that within but again it is almost more than close to two years so anything can go wrong, cement prices can go up, steel prices can go up and we are importing lot of materials the exchange rate can go up so anything is possible so we have allowed few contingencies but hopefully we are not looking at any cost overruns.”

Fareed says once completed, diplomatic missions and multilateral agencies will occupy the building.
