Bhindi Brothers at par to meet the industrial lots demand

The increase in demand for industrial lots in Suva has prompted the Bhindi Brothers Limited to develop more lots in the coming months.

General Manager Dr. Sagar Dhanji says the company’s 52 acres of land in Vatuwaqa has been earmarked for development that will commence soon.

He adds that they are on the verge of completing the necessary administrative matters.

“In Vatuwaqa we want to do an industrial sub-division because there is a big demand for industrial lots in Suva there’s no industrial land available in Suva. As land developers, we are the startup of any sort of any development”.

Dr.Dhanji says Fijians who reside on that piece of land have been advised to relocate with the assistance of the company.

“The company has decided you know because we don’t just wanna push the squatters out. We bought some land at Tuirara in Makoi, which the company will develop and we’ll give the squatters a piece of land for them to relocate”.

The company is also working on a new residential area in Tamavua.
