Renuka Kumar

ANZ Fiji has appointed Renuka Kumar as its Head of Retail effective from the 1st of April.

Kumar has held a number of roles with the bank, including Branch Manager and Assurance Head Pacific for Retail Business.

Country Head Fiji, Saud Minam says retail is a large and important part of their business – supporting approximately 200,000 customers.

Minam says they’ve made significant investments in the Retail business over the past 18 months, including refurbishing three branches last year, with three more by the middle of this year.

Minam says they’re also playing a lead role in the adoption of digital and is the first bank to introduce a Pacific-wide mobile banking app for Retail customers.

He says Renuka is looking forward to the new challenge and bringing her own experience to the role.
