A 3-day workshop for senior executives and aspiring directors.

The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism in partnership with Australian Institute of Company Directors is hosting a 3-day workshop for senior executives and aspiring directors.

Minister for Industry Trade and Tourism Premila Kumar says through this workshop the participants will obtain a comprehensive view of governance, strategy and risk and finance as they relate to the local Fijian Law.

Kumar says this workshop is ideal introduction to global governance especially for senior executives and aspiring directors working to understand the duties and responsibilities of a director, specifically relating to the Fiji Companies Act, 2015.

More than 20 aspiring directors are part of the three day workshop.
